Back, Bugs, and Voice Input

Blog post #25

A desk setup with a monitor, cables, and a glowing microphone for voice input.

First day back after Easter. The kind of day where you ease in rather than sprint.

Bugs to Clean Up

Before the break, I had been migrating some flows from manual human actions to agent-driven ones. That transition left some rough edges — and they were waiting for me when I got back.

Working through the bugs was a good re-entry point. Specific problems, clear context. Better than staring at a blank slate.

Setting Up the Workstation

With the bugs handled, I turned to the desk. Monitors to mount, cables to sort, workspace to get into shape.

It felt good to do something physical. Arranging a space you’re going to spend time in is its own kind of intention-setting.

Wispr Flow Instead of a Keyboard

The last piece was installing Wispr Flow — voice dictation, so I can talk to my agents instead of type at them.

It works well. Better in English than in Swedish for now, but that’s a muscle to build. The point is the direction: voice in, less keyboard, more conversation.

When you’re setting up your desk specifically so you can speak to your software, something has shifted. That’s worth noting.
